Today! From the pleasant lady who took our service request to “Gentleman Joe” who carefully got our SUV ready to tow to the repair store…this company took the time to show up even in the “bad weather blizzard of 2026”. We called other tow services who could not respond due to the adverse weather. They put our mind at ease.
Long story short, this company is professional, generous in their efforts and fair in their decisions. My stepmom was pulled over late at night and their vehicle was towed and Sarah was our POC. She was courteous, patient, understanding and above all else kind with the role they played helping us get our vehicle out. I've had some pretty depressing misadventures with tow companies in the past and I've dealt with some unruly people in this profession, but I have to admit that this group of people at this establishment actually are the best Ive personally messed with.
